Just had some sad news. Vet sys Bruno is at the end of his illness nad there is no hope at all. He has been fed throughout the nght. She wanted to send him home today but he is coming tomorrow if he is well enough. I am devastated....only a miracle will help s now.....Please god help him live.......

The vet, someone I haven't seen before, suggested to put Bruno to sleep today and said to get there as quickly as possible. I was in bits and crying. When we arrived, I expected to see him looking worse but he was bright and purring. We then asked if we could feed him and went home to blend a sachet of food. He was syringe fed, ate half the sachet and wasn't sick. I blended 3 more sachets and took them back tonight.....

Today, I visited my beautiful boy at the vets. I realised I never had a photo taken with him and there may not be much time left. I love him so much and feel so helpless. it's the worst feeling in the world. I wish for a miracle to happen. I love you, Bruno......xxxx

I'm so grateful to you all for your kindness and caring during this terible time. My sweet boy, Bruno looks a little better today than this photo shows as he is on a drip, but the readings in his blood are worse and he was so tired while I was there. I love him very much and my heart is breaking for him. I don't know what more I can do to save him. I'm so frightened for him....I can't stop crying..........

What can I say..... I am broken in pieces by this. Just thought he was improving too. Vet says he is anaemic and his kidney function may be less than thought. We are going to vets to see him now. I think they will want a decision made by tomorrow or Monday if he continues to deteriorate. Pray for a miracle for my little boy......

A million thank yous from us all. It's a worrying time but your caring gets us through each day. I have been reading up on this disease and it seems there are thousands of cats suffering just the same as Bruno. As yet I cannot find anyone to do dialysis. I wish each vet could have a dialysis machine to help these wonderful little darlings who are so ill......x
