I was only wondering if the age of the cat in the castration could have something to do with the size of the head. Moritz's head is also not big, he was seven months old when he was castrated. My Willi was one year old and Morris three years. They had really big heads. Maybe just a coincidence.

Keeping in mind that Moritz's pancreas and kidneys don't work well anymore he is doing okay. Most of his days are fine, some are worse.
