Haha, my Haïku does the same. Sometime he will meow from the other room, and I can assure you he gives me the saddest and most desperate meow you can imagine. Of course I always run to the oteher room, just in case, and then he is calmly, I'll even say proudly, sitting on the bed or the armchair, just asking for some attention !

It seems that Moritz is feeling better ! What I can tell for sure is that he is eating better now. Next checkup will be in about 3 weeks, then we will know more.
Claire says:
Such an odd behaviour...every once in a while Claire will be in another room and start up with the most mournful nonstop wailing you've ever heard in your life. When I go to check out the problem there never is one, but what I always find is Claire lying Sphinx like on the floor with this ratty old mouse toy between her front legs

My cats do the same with the carrier in my last home. I sometimes kept the carrier assembled and sitting under the dining room table and my female cat would sneak in there and take her daytime naps in the carrier. Forget it on a vet day though.
tele_mark says:
It's just funny how he'll avoid the carrier at all costs, but then use it as a favorite sleeping spot when he knows it'll stay stationary.
doerscheln says:
Oh good, that Storm is feeling better without a vet visit ! BTW I know that, too apple vinegar is an old household remedy against UTI, my grandmother told me about it many years ago.
