He's a beautiful cat. I will never understand why people let out un-fixed cats. I know it is dangerous for cats where you life but I hope he will be safe and have a long life

The Neighbor Cat made an appearance tonight. I just happened to look out the living room window around dusk, and saw him laying at the top of my steps. I was relieved, since the last time I saw him was 3 weeks ago. I went outside and spent some time with him. He's very healthy, about Ambercat's age -- 1 year- - and I didn't find any ticks on him, but found a small wound on the back of the neck consistent with a small scuffle, either shaved or the hair ripped out as part of the injury. Very, very friendly -- I even picked him up, but he did squirm when I did, so I put him down quickly. Still un-fixed, unfortunately, but as an obviously domestic cat, none of my business. He hung out for about an hour, then melted away again. It was good to see him, as I was thinking the worst. I smelled a "bad smell" in the woods by my mailbox on the road/highway, I could not locate the source, but was thinking the worst.

Storm discovered the "intruder", so I opened up the window. They just stared at each other un-moving for literally an hour. Than, Ambercat wondered what was up, and jumped up on the window frame. Instantly, he began a string of cat profanities, which was answered by the neighbor cat, and this quickly escalated, and Ambercat started trying to find a way through the screen. I closed the window, and the worked up neighbor cat retreated to the edge of my lawn, and stayed there for about 1 more hour before melting away.

Storm somehow got himself under this rug today after being in this spot in the sweltering weather for about 2 hours. I grabbed the camera, but of course, as I was walking back with it, Ambercat was maneuvering into position. This shows the final seconds of Peace.

Now I get it. Cats do naturally tend to eat greens in nature. Now that I see you are growing the string beans I understand why he gravitates to that particular green. Cute, as long as you don't mind sharing, lol.
