Such wonderful news! Mikesch, welcome to your new world! You live in family full of love and caring. Here's hoping you soon realize how much better off you are now.

Didn't take me long to figure out that Mr. Wallie's gears in his head are grinding away. He is like no other cat i've ever met. Maybe Wallie is an alien.. Not sure, but I would imagine he reports back somewhere or is plotting something. Lol either way he's fully wntertaining!

Didnt ! say he would feel better with a name ? ;) it is just incredible, he exactly looks like a Mikesch should look like! Hope he will get tamer and tamer now every day.

Fantastic news and a big surprise when I opened Picato today....I almost can't believe it ! It really sounds like a switch was thrown last evening. I am very happy for you and for Mikesch. And that you have choosen my favourite name for a tuxedo cat.... I must admit I didn't think that you would like this name very much but right now I feel a bit like Mikesch's Godmother. ;) Greetings from a snowy and frosty Southern Germany to you and your family and lots of hugs and kisses to your wonderful cats from Martina.

Look at the picture 2 posts back at 8:32, when he was called Mikesch for the first time, and this one, 1/2 hour later. He already looks like he's decided the "magic word" was spoken here! I really do think they're aliens.....

He's purring like crazy when I pet him. It's over -- it's all just details now, but he's effectively tamed. Doerschein, my friend -- you're an angel! Just like that, from a continent away, you solved a big problem. This was the toughest feral cat taming I've EVER had in 14 years, you solved it in less than a day, just by finding him his true name! ! Bless you my friend!
