Your cats are very lucky to have such a dedicated and loving owner. I remember the great yard access they had at this house. I know you will give them a great enclosure at the new house.

Well after reading about Claire's cat grass I decided to get a catnip plant for my cats. I hadn't gotten one in years, probably so long ago that I had different cats then. So it turned out I bought a catnip plant at the pet store and there was absolutely zero reaction from my cats. Nada, none, no reaction what so ever. I'm even considering taking the plant back. My cats do however like dried catnip. I guess that's the other alternative, to dry it out.

The kittens are adorable, and hopefully they will all find a good and permanent home. Hopefully mamacat will be neutered and the kittens as well. I am sure you know millions of cats are euthanized every year and in addition many cats are thrown out on the streets and live a harsh, brutal life. It is also suggested when giving or selling a kitten that you have a contract stating that if there is a problem the cat will be returned to you and not brought to a shelter. Best wishes for a good life to these darlings.

I took the cat enclosure down at the old house today to prepare it for closing. I was hoping the buyers would want to keep it but they didn't. It looks so sad to me with no cats, it isn't home anymore. The good news is, the posts from the enclosure are moving to the new house to be part of the new enclosure. They'll enclose the entire deck so the cats can go out there soon.
