Thankyou. She was a little nervous at first wondering whether it was another trip to the cat doctor. However, once she realised we were back at home, she wanted to go out again. So very happy to have Boos back and feel so very lucky at this time.

We wanted to thank all of you again for your supportive and kind comments for Boos and the family. I have updated with more pictures to show that she is returning back to the miss Diva she was before. We can't believe the change over the last day or so. For anyone else out there who has an old cat that may develop asthma, please don't give up. The inhaler has worked wonders together with the antibiotics.

Every picture tells a story and this pic shows that Boos has started to improve as she is comfortable enough to sleep in this position again. The anti biotics and the asthma spray would appear to be making the difference we were praying for.

I wanted to update people on Boos. She ha been diagnosed with asthma another illness to add to her hyperthyroidism and heart disease. She is doing OK at the moment because we are giving her an asthma inhaler. Sheis purring a lot and following me for cuddles more than usual, which of course, she is getting.

Thankyou all for your kind comments. She is more relaxed now, but I think we have limited time left with her and are bracing ourselves.

It is rare that Bears gives a kiss, but she seem to be aware that something is wrong with Boos and has been hanging around her and us since last night.

Dad managed to get in a kiss before she went to sleep.

We have increased Boos tablets in order to drain water from her lung to prevent heard failure. She is sleeping at present (this was taken 5 minutes ago). The vet has asked us to monitor her over the next day or so, so we are living on hope at the moment. Thankyou to those of you who commented earlier, it means a lot to us at this worrying time. We really don't want to lose her, but are realistic.

Thankyou all for your comments. The vet suggested that we increase one of her tablets in order to drain water from her lungs and to monitor her over the next day or so. So far, she has only coughed once since around 10am this morning (as opposed to constantly last night) and is currently asleep. Thankyou all again for your kind comments as this is such a difficult time for us and the mean a lot.

This could be the last picture that we submit of Boos as I have been by her side all night as her breathing rate has increased and she is coughing and doing little else. We will be visiting the vet when he opens, but we are preparing ourselves for the worse.
