I remember when my BUC had his blockage - it was so long ago - they had to use a "dog" cone and it was huge and I had to hand feed him because he couldn't get to his bowl. Thank goodness veterinary medicine has come a long way in 40 years. Continued prayers for Ambercat's comfort and recovery.

Oh no Mark -- I had a kitty who had this issue 30 years ago - thank goodness you got him to the vet in time - this is always a concern with male kitties and I always mention to owners to be vigilant in feeling there bladder/lower bell to make sure it's not enlarged which is an indication of blockage. Poor baby Ambercat -- my sincere prayers for his recovery. Please Ambercat - get better honey.
