I tried one on Pax. Something scared him and he ran to the end of the rope, turned around and backed out of the harness. At least he ran to the door and was hanging on the screen when I got to him.

Male cats typically don't drink enough water on their own. Add a little water to what ever you end up feeding him, wet or dry. It's the easiest way to add water to the diet. Pax drinks the water first then eats the food.

Pax crashed through the screen in the storm door to get at the neighbor cat. When I got home there was a hole in the screen and no Pax. I left the door open and he finally showed up like nothing happened.

Pax gets a can a day, half morning and half afternoon, and I add water to it each time for more fluids. It keeps him going and is cheaper than Vet bills.
