Beautiful Lucinda has just been diagnosed with renal failure. Tablets cannot help her as they did when Charlene had it, only special vet recommended renal diet that she is now eating (when Suzanne doesn't steal it). It must taste nice as Suzanne is over in a flash when it's put in her dish. Suzanne always has lovely food too but always wants what is in someone else's bowl. Lucinda has to go back to see Kate, the vet in a month. it is hard to believe all of this when I look at her. She has been so well since she recovered from the last illness. She looks great and is eating well and asking to go in the garden. Please pray for her recovery.......

They moved but he was still there the week they did so i don't know if they took him with them and he found his way back or not. Only he can say that. I don't think they took him in the house generally before that and other neighbours said much the same. He was usually out all night and all day in very bad weather. i used to hear him crying in the middle of the night, soaking wet and cold so made a little bed for him in the porch where he has warmth and shelter. I used to go downstairs and let him in if he cried. He gets same foods as other cats but has now shown a preference for expensive things like Gourmet

Thank you everyone. Lucinda is so much better now. She has a wet nose and is full of voice, speaking all the time in that posh voice of hers. She alsways answers when you talk to her.
Binks's owners moved but according to to other neighbours who were worried about the cat, not that far. Not sure where but they haven't come back to look out for him. He was always out in all weathers, hail, sleet, snow, everything and mostly overnight. We could hear him crying pitifuly outside so used to look for him at bedtime to see if he could come in.. I used to get up in the night if I heard him. He was always soaked to the skin so I made him a bed in the porch where it was warm, sheltered and cosy. He was very timid at first but is getting more confident. He was unneutered and therefore got into fights. He has been neutered now and is a lot more calm. It's such a shame he had to go through all that uncertainty and obvious physical discomfort in all that cold and wet......

I wish he would love other cats too. the first time I ever saw him was in the garden at home and he ran over from out of nowhere, bit Lucinda, chased Tabitha and was acting really mean..... If he is out and about, I have to supervise the other cats in the back garden to stop it happening again. Otherwise he is generally ok............most of the time at least........x

She is getting a bit too fat to squeeze between the cupboard top and ceiling. She is on a diet, as is Lewis. Vet agrees it's a good idea to weigh them once a week............
