She has been to the vets this morning and saw Jeremy who dealt with Lewis's illness. She has had some antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs to make her more comfortable. Thank you so much everyone!! It's BRILLIANT that he is back at home!!!!! I never realised how much I would miss hearing his sweet little voice. I love him so much!!!! He talks and sings all the time. While he was ill he was so quiet and when he was at the vets I hardly slept with worry. I'm so glad and relieved that he is recovering so well......xxxxxxx

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! I am so glad Lewis is back, just to hear his voice and see his sweet little face is priceless. It has all been down to a virus which attacked his eye too and caused the high temperature. I'm 100% certain he caught it from Bruno but where Bruno got it from is a mystery as he is a house cat. Charlene is very quiet at the moment so I hope she hasn't caught it too.....

If he deteriorates or if his temperature rises he must go back but he is eating, drinking has been singing tonight with joy. He is on medication for a week,(Baytril antibacterial tablets). Hi everyone. I have just been to the vets and Lewis is so much better today and was eating well, purring and has miaowed a few times like he always does. The vet is very pleased with his progress so far. I feel so relieved and couldn't wait to let you all know. You have all been so kind to us....lots of love, Greta

It was so lovely to see Lewis tonight. It's hard to put it into words how much I have missed him. The house is just too quiet. I just wanted to scoop him up and take him home but I knew I couldn't.
