Congratulations. This is a great story so far and I look forward to watching her with her new family. The tiny female that I kept for a friend for a while totally dominated my five big boys. Think this might happen here too.

He came to me with the name and I've grown used to it. He's a mush with me but disappears when anyone else comes in. When I lived in a big house, he used to run to the attic. Now in an apartment he runs to the linen closet. (Second shelf is his).

We've all been waiting a long time to see this picture. It makes me feel good to know that you can touch him. He is a beauty. Over the years I've typically had five cats and often one would be a total outsider - co-existing for many years but never hanging out or sleeping with the other guys. It is what it is.

Sometimes we are "chosen" by a stray. Has happened to me more than once and each one became really important to my life. At one time had six neutered males in a high-rise and fed another outside for seven years - he would not let me pick him up or he'd have been inside, for sure.
