To make it easier for Jonah to not slip on the seat, we ordered 4 terrycloth seat covers so he would have something to hold on to. In the background, you can see the "Drinkwell" fountain which has a charcoal filter. We fill it with distilled water. This helps Jonah drink more water and now he won't drink water out of a bowl.

The secret is incrementalism and after 5 months, when he was 7 months old, he was fully trained and he has been using the toilet for the last 10 months.
