Thanks! I was wondering whether to change her name to Hotdog: she behaves like a dog, following you everywhere with a paperball in her mouth, and is permanently at 40ºC, which is pretty nice when she rests on my legs now that it's quite cold even in Catalonia...but Yoda definitely represents her :-)

The vet told us that the best place for a kitty is always with the mother, who is one the street (actually, garden) cats I have been feeding for more than 1 year. When she was 4 or 5 days old we discussed whether it was a good idea to try to re-unite them, but decided against it because of the local circumstances: the village festivities were about to start and that´s the worst moment of the year to be a street cat! Unfortunately, it's always when the females give birth and past experiences taught us that the kittens have little chances to survive. That's why we kept her, and yes, hopefully long life ahead :-)
