Gink used to sit on the banister on the top of our stairs like an Egyptian god! Loved to be scratched under his chin, and we loved the magnificent ruff around his neck!

About this cat
Gink was my favorite cat as a child, we had him from 1971-1986! He came to us one rainy Saturday when we saw this little black kitten running around the old Grand Union parking lot. We tried to catch him but to no avail! On the way home, we kept hearing 'meows' and as we pulled into the driveway, Gink jumped out from under the car! He must have ridden on the axle! Greatest Cat Ever!
