I do not have a kitty mat but that is a good idea. She'd probably pee around it. We keep 3 litter boxes in the mud room (have 2 cats) and we have 2 boxes upstairs. She knows what to do and where, but she still does this right outside the box and I have no idea why. Its about once/twice a week. I think its cuz she is angry about something too.

Yes, she loves my daughter, Jaime. She lived w/Jaime until Jaime moved back home. We have 2 boxes upstairs & 2 on the first floor which we empty at least 3 times a day. She knows what to do, she seems mad that Jaime was gone. We've tried everything I can think of.

Beautiful Tree... I have one just like it in bloom right now.I can't stop staring at it! Great idea for a memorial. Thank you for comments on Punkin Noodle kitty. She does have a cast, she broke her leg last week. Not sure how. She is an indoor cat and I was home with her all day.
