Mikesch had to go to the vet for his wellness today. Total difference from even 1 year ago. Lots of hissing at me, but I was able to scruff him and carry him to the carrier with no drama, and no welding gloves. Completely quiet on the ride over, no fuss at all to the vet (who also has a feral cat, now 12 years old). I love my wild cat!

Craigslist delivers again! He jumped strait up there in one leap, like the old days, a whole 3 years ago. But it definitely hurt him when he hopped back down. So I moved it over to the other wall, where he has an intermediate step to get up.
