Minka is a cutie, not afraid of anyone. She was found in our neighbors garden with 6 kittens 8 years ago. The kittens found a new home very soon but nobody wanted Minka so she stayed with us and we just love her and will never give her away.

Lovely Mom and cute kittens. I agree, it's great you take care of the strays. Don't your own cats become jealous ? I worked for an animal shelter in my free time but found out that my cats got stressed and very unhappy when a strange cat was in the house

yep, Morris is a great boy, a big cat but sill sweet as a kitten. Too bad this pic doesn't have a sound, otherwise you could have heard him snoring very loudly. :-)

Thanks for removing the copy of my Minka :-) guess its more a little problem with the program than that someone uploaded my pic on purpose. Seems that someone made a comment on this pic and then , how ever, it was one of her or his pics, too.

It's right all calico cats are female but you can find red female cats, too. They are rare and it seems to me that you find them a bit oftener in southern European countries like Spain, Greece or Italy than here in Germany but well, red cats can be male and female.

Thanks for all the comments. Willi is just a great boy, a good hunter but he never eats what he has caught. Because we have 6 cats we always find dead mice,birds (thank God not so many birds)and moles in the garden but no squirrels.Willi is also called the "Sheriff", he is the boss of all our cats and a cat that doesnt belong here has no chance to come near our house.
