Wonderful to find such treasures. Only a few weeks ago I was looking at 50 years old pics together with my mother and we found something like this, too. I was holding a few days old kitten in my hands when I was about 6 years old.

Oh Mark, that's sad news, I am so sorry. I hoped that Floppy would have some more good weeks but.....He had a great and long life together with you and his brothers, every cat should have such a good life. I will miss your boy, he will never be forgotten. How is Mikesch doing without his Floppy ?
doerscheln says:
Yes, I remember that Ivan passed shortly after Paulinchen and Robocat a few months after Willi. And I just found out that your Daisy went about a year after my Donna and both became 10 years old. Maybe it would be really better to get a hamster. ;-) No, I hope to get kittens this spring.

Great that Floppy is still doing fine. As I wrote before, when they are eating, drinking and sleeping then there is no need to let them go. I forgot grooming , very sick cats don't groom themselves anymore and Floppy's fur looks so shiny. Very different from my Moritz in his last weeks. What about the thyroid meds ? I think you wrote that he doesn't get the pills anymore. Could be the reason that he is losing weight although he is eating lots of food. Please give Floppy a big kiss from me, somehow it feels like Floppy was Moritz's old friend here on Picato.

Good to read that there is no change. As long Floppy is eating , drinking and sleeping he doesn't want to go. I also hope for a miracle. Hugs to Floppy and his brothers.
