Poor Willy...My dog Sam (half black lab, half Irish Setter) Would shake so hard in the waiting room, I seriously thought he might just die on the spot! Claire is completely relaxed and lets the vet do whatever she wants to do without a fuss.

Claire's okay...the nasty, crusty looking black spot under the fur on her left cheek was checked out by the vet who reckons it's just a scabbed over boo boo, no doubt from her habit of smooshing her face into anything sharp or abrasive
