Kittenhood, I remember telling my work friends years ago that Gwen, the last kitten I adopted, was the last kitten I would adopt. Even back then I told them I'm too old for this. Since then I have adopted adult cats. Of course when one, a kitten, just happens to you what choice do you have, lol.
