The boys have taken him in and Chloe will ignore him as she does the rest of the boys. Besides, you need a little young blood around! And you absolutely must give this little guy a name - you're going to give him a complex if you keep calling him stray/feral! I don't think anyone would accuse you of hoarding; this baby has adopted your family and it looks like the boys at least have taken him right in.
