To make it easier for Jonah to not slip on the seat, we ordered 4 terrycloth seat covers so he would have something to hold on to. In the background, you can see the "Drinkwell" fountain which has a charcoal filter. We fill it with distilled water. This helps Jonah drink more water and now he won't drink water out of a bowl.

We brought Jonah home when he was 2 months old. We had previously ordered the "CitiKitty" toilet training system and started him on it the next day. The secret is incrementalism and after 5 months, when he was 7 months old, he was fully trained and he has been using the toilet for the last 10 months.

When you try to take the remote and little munchkin tries the biting thing, quickly replace your hand with a toy. He has to learn that arms and hands are not toys to bite or donkey-kick with. He probably didn't get a chance to learn limits from his littermates, so his new daddy must teach him! Is that you, tele mark? =^..^=
