I wish I could keep him but know it's not fair on him if i can't afford it, as he needs financial care (vet bills, etc), not just love and attention. I hope he finds a good home when I take him to the Cats Protection shelter on 18th May

Mork is a very friendly cat and I still feel flashes of anger that a "human being" could be so cruel to abandon him just because it's not "convenient" for them to keep him. It's lucky for his previous owners that they don't meet me face to face 'cos I really would give them hell for abandoning him

Mork is an abandonded stray who I have welcomed into my home on a short term basis prior to being re-homed (see profile for full story). The reason I know his name is because his previous owners lived behind my house and heard them use this name. When I found him malnourished, I went to the owner's house, no one answered, only to be told by the neighbours that Mork's owners had moved house, leaving him to fend for himself. What absolute bastards (apologies for swearing, but I can't stand people being so callous and abandoning our furry friends). So I did the only thing that I could do and took him in (although Charlie wasn't best pleased!!)
